- The Sisters of Mercy of the Blessed Virgin Mary select CRC to market their property
at 6363 N Sheridan Road, Chicago. 2.10.
- METRA chooses CRC to provide strategic commercial real estate services in
Chicago. The three year contract includes leasing for their 311,000 square foot HQ at 547
W Jackson and tenant representation assignments. We were selected after a competitive
RFP process where we competed with the largest commercial real estate firms in the world.

Development Board, the construction management arm of the State of Illinois.
- CRC executes a contract with the City of Chicago to perform work under the Planning
Now program for the Department of Community Development.
